It’s important that you understand how Kiroku can help streamline your day, so we offer a free trial.
How does the trial work?
When you create an account with Kiroku, you'll be given a free trial so you can see how Kiroku works.
On our free trial, you'll get to try out one of our plans:
- Our Essential plan focuses on helping you write better clinical notes. You'll get access to all of our stock (ready-to-use) Note templates in the Template Library. You can also import 2 of your own templates for our team to convert.
- Our Pro plan covers clinical notes as well as documentation that you need to write post-appointment. This could be patient letters, referral or consent letters. You get everything available in our Essential plan, plus access to our stock (ready-to-use) Doc templates in the Template Library.
You'll be notified about our trial offer when you reach the end of the sign-up flow (this may vary based on your referral or offer code).
If you have a referral or offer code, please apply it as part of your sign-up process!
For example, if the offer is that if you complete 10 appointments in 10 days, we’ll give you credit towards your future Kiroku subscription!
If you want to redeem any offers and start your trial, click the button to claim the offer and get started. This is the start of your trial!
Our free trial is intended for individual clinicians - but we offer practice plans! We recommend one of you try out Kiroku first by signing up for the free trial. You can then get in touch with us about bringing your practice on board.
What happens after the trial?
You can choose to remain part of the Kiroku community and continue writing better notes 🥳 or you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Kiroku plans
Currently, we offer two plans, with details about what each one includes and the costs on our website. You're also told more about each plan and its costs when you create your account and before you start your free trial.
If you complete the offer terms stated when you create your account, we’ll automatically apply your Kiroku credit to your account.
Note that your credit may not show in your first payment but will be used for subsequent payments.
Stopping after your trial
If at the end of your trial, you decide not to continue, that’s ok. You'll need to cancel your subscription before your first billing cycle, in line with our cancellation policy. You can manage this from within your account.
We’ll be here when you’re ready to use Kiroku again. Simply log back in to pick a plan and subscription to start using Kiroku.
Trial FAQs
What happens to my templates after the trial?
If you do nothing during your trial, your subscription will begin once your trial period ends. You'll be able to use your templates and your account while you're subscribed to Kiroku.
If you choose not to continue, you'll need to cancel your subscription and your account will be locked from further usage. Any templates that you have edited or built will remain on our system until you are ready to pick a plan. You will not be able to access the template library, start any new appointments or build/edit any templates.
You will still be able to log in to Kiroku, access our tutorials and help centre, contact the team, change your details or pick a Kiroku plan.
