Whether you no longer want to get our communications, or you need to pause or leave your Kiroku subscription, here's how.
If you want to stop using Kiroku, you can check out our dedicated article on pausing or cancelling your subscription.
If you want to stop receiving marketing communications from us, you can update your subscriptions yourself.
- If you no longer want to receive any of our marketing emails, you can update your email subscription settings by following the links at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.
- If you opted into receiving SMS messages from us but no longer want to, you can follow the instructions at the end of any text message you receive to opt-out.
- If you no longer want to receive calls from us, just let us know.
Note that there are some emails that you will receive from us, even if you have opted out of marketing emails, as we are legally obliged to keep you informed of changes to your account, subscription or any Kiroku policies or terms and conditions.
