Using the Pronoun tool

Gender your Docs at the click of a button

When you open a Doc that has pronoun variables built in, it will look something like this.

Note that above the patient variables, there is a patient gender option.

Once you have filled in the variables and chosen a gender option, the letter will update appropriately.

Gendered word options include:

• Male > he, him, Mr, gentleman, man
• Female > she, her, Ms, lady, woman
• Non-binary > they, them, Mx, person
