When you paste your Kiroku notes they will by default have a link included at the bottom to 'Open these notes in Kiroku'.
Having this link in your notes allows you to return to the note from your patient management software and make adjustments.
You can open up previous notes in Kiroku as a starting point for recall appointments, so you can quickly update what’s changed.
Plus, if your appointment has a transcript you can also use this link to go back and review this.
Turning this feature off
If you would like to turn this feature off this can be done in your Account Settings (found in your Kiroku sidebar).
Note Security
When using these links notes can only be accessed if the computer you are using is logged in to the Kiroku account which created the note.
If you're not logged in you will be taken to the Kiroku log in page.
If you are logged in and try to open a note by another user you will see an error page.
Why is my link not opening when I click it?
Depending on the formatting constraints of your practice management software your link might be clickable, or, it might display the full written URL. If the URL is shown you will need to copy and paste this into your browser to open the note.
