Can I use Kiroku in other languages?

Kiroku is built in English but the technology is applicable to any language.

Templates

As templates can be custom built it is possible to create these in any language. For instance we have some French-speaking users who are creating their own templates in their native language.

Voice Notes tools

Kiroku’s Voice features were developed and extensively tested in English, so that’s the only language we can fully support and confidently vouch for.

That said, the underlying speech recognition technology isn’t limited to English and can work in other languages as well. However, we haven’t yet carried out testing in non-English languages, nor have we developed language-specific prompts and optimisations - such as support for dental terminology in other languages. As a result, performance may vary.

You’re very welcome to try Kiroku's voice features in another language, but we recommend reviewing any generated notes carefully, as we can’t guarantee the same level of accuracy and consistency that you would see when using these in English.

Translation integrations

We've had some feedback from users who've had great results using a translation integrations (such as DeepL) alongside Kiroku.
