How do I access Kiroku? Do I have to download anything?

Kiroku is a web browser-based application allowing professionals to take better notes.

Kiroku is a cloud or web browser-based application ☁️

There is nothing for you to download to get started!

We also offer an optional Chrome extension that lets you complete your notes within the same tab as your cloud based practice software. This can be downloaded from the Chrome Web Store.

Login to Kiroku or create an account if you're new to us!

How to use Kiroku

  • Device: Kiroku can be used on a desktop, laptop, tablet such as iPad, or mobile phone.
  • Browser: Kiroku is optimised for Google Chrome but can be used on other Chromium-based browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Samsung Internet, Vivaldi and Opera.

This functionality allows you to access and use your Kiroku account in any location, clinic or practice.

With Kiroku, you’re not limited by the features of the software where you store your patient records.

Using the Chrome Extension

Our Chrome Extension can be used to easily complete your notes when in Dentally or other Cloud-based systems such as:

  • Aerona
  • Dental4Web
  • Core Practice
  • CareStack
  • Curve
  • Eaglesoft Fuse
  • Dentrix Ascend
  • Sensei

It allows you to have Kiroku open in the same tab as your cloud-based practice software, making it easier than ever to complete your notes.

If using Dentally or Dental4Web you can also add notes with just one click - no need to copy and paste.

Adding Kiroku as an app on your desktop

You can install Kiroku as an app straight from your browser - see the video below for how to do this from Chrome.

Creating a shortcut to Kiroku from your desktop

  1. First, open a Chrome window. You can do this on a Mac or Windows computer.
  2. Then, go to the website you want to create a desktop shortcut for.
  3. Next, click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the Chrome window.
