If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription you can do so at any time from your Manage Subscription page.
Head to the ‘Subscriptions’ section in the left-hand sidebar and select 'Change plan'.
Here you can switch between a Kiroku Pro or Essential subscription.
Is this change immediate or at the end of my billing cycle?
This will update your account with immediate effect.
- When downgrading, your account will be credited pro rata for any unused days on Pro.
- When upgrading, your account will be charged pro rata for the remainder of your billing period.
