Quick Guide to Kiroku's Voice features
We offer a number of Voice features to help you write your notes. Here is a basic overview of these.
We currently have three different voice features:
Co-Pilot (AI)

Co-Pilot will listen in on your appointment/exam and add information to your selected note template as it hears it, building your note up in real-time as the appointment happens.
With Co-Pilot, you'll have your note template open in front of you throughout, so you can add to it manually, and use it as a guide to make sure you're covering everything you need to ask.

Freestyle (AI)

Freestyle will listen in on your appointment/exam and create a transcript of what it hears. Once the transcription has ended, it then creates a set of notes using the information from the transcript.
You can choose to use a loose note framework such as 'Exam', 'Treatment' or 'Emergency', or, have Freestyle follow the structure of any of your Kiroku templates.

Transcription tool

This feature can be used to populate any text areas of your notes with word-for-word transcriptions.
This makes it easy to capture long discussion points or summaries in seconds.
