Connect your D4W daily appointment slots with Kiroku, so you can quickly insert your notes into the right patient record.
Enable the D4W integration
To enable the D4W integration, click on either of the "Enable D4W integration" buttons on your dashboard (left side bar or under under the dashboard).
You'll be asked to provide your Centaur Customer Reference Number.
If your practice's integration has not been set up before, you need to request confirmation from your Practice Manager and provide a few relevant details. We'll reach out to confirm this, and pass on the request to the Centaur team to enable the integration.
If your integration has been enabled
Once your integration has been enabled, you'll be asked to identify yourself. This is so that your daily appointment slots show up in Kiroku, allowing you to insert notes quickly.
If you are using Kiroku and the integration has already been approved, you will be asked to identify yourself immediately after providing your Centaur CRN. You will not need to request approval again.
Inserting notes into appointment slots
Now that your D4W integration is enabled, when you complete a note in Kiroku you will see the "Insert Notes" button.
Clicking this allows you to insert notes into the relevant patient, based on your daily schedule. If you want, you can still copy your notes to the clipboard and paste them into D4W.
