Here's a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA to use Kiroku

If you're using Kiroku in a HIPAA-covered capacity, you'll need a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place before processing any protected health information (PHI).

A BAA is a legal agreement that sets out how Kiroku handles PHI on your behalf and is a requirement under HIPAA for any business associate relationship.

How to get your BAA signed

  1. Download the BAA using the link below.

  2. Fill in your organisation's details where indicated.

  3. Send the completed document to support@trykiroku.com, and we'll countersign and return it to you.

Once you have a countersigned copy, you're all set to use Kiroku in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
